Please make sure we have your dog's current vaccines on file. Your vet can fax them to us prior to check-in. We require intranasal bordatella be updated every six months.

If someone other than you plans to pick up your dog, they will need a signed permission slip. We will need a valid credit card on file, and we request that you complete payment at drop-off.
